Bugs fixed!

I didn't add any waves or any new towers.
But the following bugs were fixed:
Buying a Grass Tower crashed game.
Overlapping towers causing a crash.
The green tower not being able to upgrade properly.
The game crashing when you tried to upgrade and didn't have enough money.
